Displaying the Remaining Toner Error Message

To "Settings/Registration Table"

You can set the machine to display a message indicating that the remaining toner is low. This message is useful because it gives a user plenty of time to check their toner stock, and ensure the availability of replacement toner.

Remark

  1. Press (Settings/Registration) → [Preferences] → [Display Settings] → [Display Remaining Toner Error Message].
  1. Select [On] or [Off] → press [OK].

Details of each item are shown below.

[On]: When there is little toner remaining, a warning message screen is displayed. You can clear the message screen by pressing [Close]. However, the message will be displayed every time the machine returns from the Sleep mode or when the main power is turned ON.
[Off]: The warning message indicating that the remaining toner is low is not displayed.
