Check to see if the password is incorrect.
Enter Dept. ID within 7 digits.
Check to see if the Department. ID is registered with the device.
Problem
Cannot set authentication information because either the Dept. ID entered does not exist, or the PIN was entered incorrectly.
Action
Enter a Dept. ID and PIN that are registered in the printer.
