If an error occurs while a document is being printed, an error code appears in Details on the Status Monitor/Cancel screen, and is included in various reports such as the Communication Management Report.

The spool region for received data has reached capacity. Some data from the host could not be spooled. |
Set [Use Spool Function] to 'Off' in [Network Settings] in [Preferences] (Settings/Registration), and perform the operation again.
Follow the procedures below.
Press (Settings/Registration) → [Preferences] → [Network] → [Use Spool Function].

The maximum received data size was exceeded when processing the received data. |
Perform printing again when all the jobs are complete. If you still cannot perform printing, check the sent data. |
The maximum number of secure print jobs that can be received at the same time was exceeded. |
Execute or erase secure print jobs stored in the machine, and perform the operation again.
Follow the procedures below to check the secure print jobs stored in the machine.
Press (Status Monitor/Cancel) → [Print] → [Job Status]. |
