You can print a list of the Send or Receive settings that have been specified from the Settings/Registration screen. This is useful for checking the details of the settings.

• The reports can be printed only if 11" × 17", LGL, LTR, or LTRR (plain, recycled, thin, or color paper) is loaded in a paper source whose settings in [Other] in [Paper Drawer Auto Selection On/Off] in [Function Settings] (Settings/Registration) are set to 'On'. However, if [Consider Paper Type] for [Copy] is set to 'On' in [Paper Drawer Auto Selection On/Off], you cannot print from a paper source with color paper specified. • The following two types of User's Data Lists are available:

• Send/Receive: Prints all information related to the Send function stored from the Settings/Registration screen.

• Fax: Prints all information related to the Fax function stored from the Settings/Registration screen.
