You can create a PDF that displays only the pages that are already downloaded even when a file is still being downloaded.
1.
Press
(Settings/Registration).
2.
Press [Function Settings] → [Common] → [Generate File].
3.
Press [Optimize PDF for Web].
4.
Press [On] → [OK].
Select [Off] if you do not want to optimize PDF files for Web viewing.

This setting is disabled when sending a fax or I-fax.
If you set [Optimize PDF for Web] to 'On' and the digital signature is set, you cannot set Reader Extensions.
