Restricting Printer Jobs

You can specify whether to restrict printer jobs so that they can only be stored in mail boxes.

NOTE
This setting can only be specified by a user with the required privileges. For more information, see "Setting Administrators."

Press

(Settings/Registration).

Press [Function Settings] → [Printer] → [Restrict Printer Jobs].

Press [On] → [OK].

If [Off] is selected, there are no restrictions on jobs from the printer driver.

[Rsrvd Jobs]:	Allows Store in Mail Box jobs.
[Rsrvd. Jobs + Sec. Print]:	Allows Store in Mail Box and Secure Print jobs.
