Setting an Authorized User E-Mail Address as the Sender
If you are using a login service, you can set to display the e-mail address of the login user in the From field as the sender of received e-mail.
1.
Press (Settings/Registration).
2.
Press [Function Settings] → [Send] → [E-Mail/I-Fax Settings].
3.
Press [Set Authentication User Destination to Sender].
4.
Press [On] → [OK].
Select [Off] to set the e-mail address set for the machine as the sender destination in the From field on the received e-mail message.

NOTE
If this mode is set to 'Off', users that are logged in as guests using a login service such as User Authentication can still perform sending, even if [Allow Unregistered Users to Send E-Mail] is set to 'Off'.
The e-mail address of the machine can be confirmed in [Communication Settings] in [Function Settings] (Settings/Registration). (See "Common Communication Settings for E-Mail/I-Fax.")
