If you set Auto Collate to 'On', the machine automatically sets the Collate (Offset) mode when originals are placed in the feeder. This is useful when making multiple sets of copies, because you do not need to remember to select the Finishing mode.
1.
Press
(Settings/Registration).
2.
Press [Function Settings] → [Copy] → [Auto Collate].
3.
Press [On] → [OK].
Select [Off] if you do not want to enable auto collating.

If Auto Collate is set to 'On' and a finisher is attached, the Collate and Offset Collate modes are set. However, if no finisher is attached, only the Collate mode is set.
