You can specify settings for the time until files in all of the mail boxes are deleted automatically, as well as whether to print upon storing from the printer driver.
1.
Press (Settings/Registration).
2.
Press [Function Settings] → [Store/Access Files] → [Mail Box Settings].
3.
Press [Settings for All Mail Boxes] → specify each setting → press [OK].
<Time Until File Auto Delete>:
Press or to set the time that has to elapse before files are automatically deleted.
<Print When Storing from Printer Driver>:
You can select whether to print a file when it is sent from a computer and stored in a mail box. To print a file when it is stored in a mail box, select [On].

IMPORTANT
Regardless of the PIN settings for individual mail boxes, the settings specified in [Settings for All Mail Boxes] are given priority, even if the settings for [Time Until File Auto Delete] and [Print upon Storing from Printer Driver] in [Set/Register Mail Boxes] have been specified for individual mail boxes. However, if settings for individual mail boxes are changed after specifying settings in [Settings for All Mail Boxes], the settings for each individual mail box are given priority.
