This section describes how to change file name display formats.

Press [] (Menu).

Select <USB Direct Print Settings> using [] or [] and press [OK].

Select <File Name Format> using [] or [] and press [OK].

Select a file name display format using [] or [] and press [OK].
<Short File Name>
A file name is displayed shortly so as to be 8 letters.
<Long File Name>
A file name up to 20 letters is displayed in full.

Press [] (Menu) to close the menu screen.
