<Output Tray Settings>
|
You can designate which output tray to use for specific functions. The output trays indicated by Tray A, B, and C vary according to the attached optional products.
IMPORTANT:
If a certain tray reaches its stacking limit, the machine automatically uses another tray that is designated for the same function. However, it is recommended that you only designate one tray for fax/I-fax documents to prevent them from getting lost.
Setting Value
<Tray A>, <Tray B>, <Tray C>: Select functions for each tray.
NOTE:
One of the function keys <Other> is for report printing.
You can designate an output tray for multiple functions.
The priority order of the output destinations is determined by the order of the selected output trays. The priority is displayed as "1," "2," and "3."
Paper size which can be output to the output tray differs, depending on the finisher attached to the machine. For more information, see Optional Equipment.

<Offset Jobs>
|
The Offset Jobs setting automatically sorts the print output by job when multiple print jobs are specified. This ensures that output pages are always sorted, even if you forget to specify a finishing mode.

<Job Separator Between Jobs>
|
This setting enables you to insert a blank page before the first page of each print job from a selected paper drawer. This is useful when you want to separate one print job from another when printing multiple jobs.

<Job Separator Between Copies>

If you are using the Collate, Offset Collate, or Staple, you can insert blank pages from a selected paper drawer to separate a specified number of copies.
IMPORTANT:
You cannot insert job separation sheets between copy sets in the following cases:

<Unprocessed Tab Paper Forced Output>

You can set whether to force to output excess tab paper that was not used for a Copy or Print job that included tab paper. For more information on printing on tab paper, see Inserting Interleaves and Tab Paper.
