Staple Jams in the Inner Finisher

If paper is jammed in the output tray, gently pull it out.

Open the front cover of the finisher.

Pull out the staple case.
Hold the green handle on the staple case and pull it straight out.

Remove any jammed staples from the staple case.

Lower the knob on the staple case.

Remove all jammed staples and exposed staples.
 |

Return the knob on the staple case to its original position.

Hold the green handle on the staple case and push it in as far as it will go.

Close the front cover of the finisher.
The finisher may automatically perform dry stapling to perform staple repositioning.
