Spot Color Matching

Return to Overview

On, Off*

This setting enables you to specify the optimal method for reproducing spot colors. By using a named color profile, you can convert the color to one similar to the spot color and perform printing.

If you select [On], spot color matching is performed.

If you select [Off], spot color matching is not performed.

Remark
  • Even if spot color matching is set to 'On', when a specified spot color name cannot be found, a substitute color (CMYK) is used for the printout.
