Handling Files That Fail to Be Forwarded
You can set how the machine handles files that fail to be forwarded.
1.
Press (Settings/Registration).
2.
Press [Function Settings] → [Receive/Forward] → [Common Settings].
3.
Press [Handle Files with Forwarding Errors].
4.
Specify the following setting → press [OK].
Details of each item are shown below:
[Always Print]:
Files that fail to be forwarded are printed.
[Store/Print]:
Files that fail to be forwarded are stored in the Memory RX Inbox. The machine automatically prints the files that fail to be forwarded if Use Fax Memory Lock or Use I-Fax Memory Lock mode is set to 'Off' in [Function Settings] (Settings/Registration). (See "Specifying the Fax/I-Fax Inbox Settings.")
[Off]:
Files that fail to be forwarded are not printed.

NOTE
To set [Handle Files with Forwarding Errors], you need to log in to the machine as an administrator.
If you set [Delete Failed TX Jobs] to 'Off' in [Function Settings] (Settings/Registration), the status of any job with a forwarding error will be saved on the Status Monitor/Cancel screen. The file will not be processed according to the settings you make for [Handle Files with Forwarding Errors]. (See "Automatically Deleting Failed Jobs.")
