Setting the Authenticated User Name as the Sender Name (TTI)

If logging in using SSO-H, the login name appears in <100> of Sender Name (TTI). If this mode is set to 'On', the login name in <100> is used as the default value for Sender Name.

Press

(Settings/Registration).
2.
Press [Function Settings] → [Send] → [Fax Settings].
3.
Press [Use Auth. User Name as Sender Name] → [On] → [OK].
Press [Off] if you do not want to use the authenticated user name as the sender name.

If this mode is set to 'Off', the user name in <00> is used as the default value for Sender Name (TTI). For instructions on registering a user name, see "Fax Line Settings."
