Changing the Display Language/Keyboard on the Touch Panel Display
You can select the language/keyboard displayed on the touch panel display.
NOTE
To use this function, you must set [Language/Keyboard Switch On/Off] to 'On'. (See "Enabling the Language/Keyboard Switch.")
1.
Press (Settings/Registration).
2.
Press [Preferences] → [Display Settings] → [Language/Keyboard Switch].
3.
Select the language from the list → press [OK].
To change the keyboard layout, press [Set] → select the keyboard layout from the list → press [OK].
NOTE
Some messages may not appear properly in the selected language. In this case, restart the machine (turn the machine OFF, and then back ON). For instructions on restarting the machine (turning the main power switch OFF, and then ON), see "How to Turn ON the Main Power."
If SSO-H is set as the login service, and there is a difference between the language set on the machine and the one set in Active Directory, the sender's full name will not appear in e-mail messages sent to the recipient.

NOTE
Even if you switch the display language, some display items do not change.
